Group Basic Obedience

Service Description

In this beginner obedience course we will focus on building your relationship with your dog. We'll cover basic commands such as sit, down, stand, come, place, release, heel, leave it, etc. Most of work will be done on the leash. The goal of this course is to establish a clear communication between the owner and the dog, to learn handling techniques and to increase dog's motivation to work. Please keep in mind that each dog is unique and learns at its own pace. We'll meet 1 time a week for a total of 5 weeks. This group course is not for reactive/agressive dogs. If you are experiencing dog reactivity/agression please contact me for a private lesson. Group classes are non-refundable. If you miss a class, there will be no make up opportunity. If interested, please send me an email. As soon as I form a group of 8 dogs, I will begin the course. Classes are held at Clear Creek Dog Resort, 501 South Roberts Ferry Rd, Tiffin, IA.
